So happy to have come across this place. I have taken my aging BMW there a few times and each time had honest, fair and timely service. The first job I was quoted almost double the price for new brakes at two other local garages.

The guys are always amazing in explaining things and making sure you are safe. Ultra friendly and respectful. They care that you do what is needed, not doing unnecessary things, and explain before they do things so you know you are getting what you need. Great quality of work. They do it all! From patching exhaust to getting new tires and everything in between. I grew up in a shop and my dad was a mechanic so I am picky with trusting my car to people (especially with things I could do myself) . 100% this shop has earned my trust and business. I don't want to bring my car to anyone else.

They’ll do what absolutely must be done, but no more. I brought my Mercedes CLA in for several reasons. Differential was making grinding/thunking noises, also needed a new control arm and new wheels and alignment. First the control arm was replaced which was the biggest issue. Then, we looked into which wheels to purchase for my car. I already had a set in mind that I’d had my eye on for quite a while, but the owner kept trying to push me to buy from his supplier, I guess so he could take a cut. Finally just told him I was going to buy my chosen wheels regardless, to which he refused to verify the fitment and hung up on me out of nowhere. I was sure they’d fit so I ordered them anyways and called back to let him know they would arrive within the week. Got a call a couple days after the wheels were delivered that my car was ready for pickup. While I did get my new wheels and control arm on (they did complain I didn’t purchase TPMS with the wheels, but I’d figured they were capable of transferring the sensors over, which they were), they had decided that my differential did not actually need to be fixed and told me to make another appointment if I wanted that done. I’d already gone a month without my car so I ended up troubleshooting on my own and then taking my car elsewhere for the service (where they managed to finish it in only one day). Long story short, for emergency repairs Kenton is fine. However, for more pleasant service and general maintenance I would go elsewhere.

What can I say that I haven't said already...these guys Stanley, Rick and the other young mechanic are absolutely hands down the Best experience I've had with a repair shop business in all of Buffalo and the surrounding areas. They have all the areas covered when it comes to business, safety, repairs and sincere honesty about you & your vehicle. They ROCK!💯👍

Rick, Stan, and staff are simply the best in the business. I've been to quite a few auto shops in the area and nobody is better than Kenton Import. I trust them to keep my 2008 Subaru WRX on the road. They do great work with reasonable prices and never overcharge. They even take the time with me on the phone to explain necessary repairs and things that can wait until future visits. Recently I broke my wrist and couldn't drive stick, so I borrowed my Dad's car. Of course I started getting a horrible grinding noise coming from the driver's side front tire on the way to work. Even though Kenton was slammed, they fit me in the same day and fixed the car! I can't say enough good things.
