I love it at this shop. The mechanic is AMAZING. I’m sad that I haven’t been able to get in contact with him. The shop has been closed for weeks. Wondering what happened?😢

Quite possibly the last good honest mechanic left. Typically I work on my own vehicles to avoid being taken advantage of. I had a hard time finding the issue this time around, and decided to give JC's a shot. It took a few days for John to get me in, but he was able to diagnose my issue quickly. John was fair and honest throughout the entire process and I’ll be sure to come back if I’m ever having a mechanical issue again. Would recommend to anyone!

JC's Entire Auto has been closed since June 5th. No he has not been on vacation. Jon has had hip replacement surgery. The shop has reopened as of 7/16/25. Thank you for everyone who has supported jon through out this difficult time. We look forward to reconnecting with all of our fabulous customers soon

I only have good things to say about this place! My car had started making an alarming noise and since I’m in Buffalo for college, I had no idea where to go. I showed up and asked if he could help and he immediately got me in. He is a truly honest man and will help you get what you need for a good price. I will definitely be back if I need any more car work and will recommend him to friends.

I have been going to Jon for over a decade. I used to get several quotes from mechanics before choosing one, I now trust his assessment and don't question it. He will let you know what is wrong with your car, give you the price for parts and how long it will take him to repair it. That transparency and competitive prices have gained my trust. I recommend him to anyone who needs repair work done on their car. it is sometimes a little difficult to get a hold of him by phone as he does not have a receptionist. However, it is well worth having to call a couple times to get in touch with him to schedule an appointment.
