Charged my 65 year old father $2700 to pull his truck back 5 ft. He got stuck trying to help clear snow so kids could play hockey. The police ordered a tow and before he even mentioned the price to my dad, he towed it and threatened to tow the truck if it wasn’t paid. Beyond that, he lied to my father claiming AAA wouldn’t be allowed on City property which is false. It’s a shame the City of Tonawanda chooses this shady business to be their contractor. The smallest bit of decency and discretion could’ve made his business a few dollars and save my dad thousands. Instead, he chose to overcharge because he knew there was nothing that could be done otherwise. Crooks.
