I had a great experience at CarFix! Easy to make an appointment online and they were quick and efficient when I arrived. In addition to an oil change I asked them to look into a weird sound my car was making. The mechanic brought me out to the car and walked me through the issue. He showed me the specific parts causing the problem and talked me through options for fixing it and the timeline it needs to be addressed in. It was very thorough and helpful - especially being able to directly look at the parts with the technician! They gave me a quote for the work that will need to be done and are sending photos and documentation so I can make informed decisions. I had a great experience! Tony was super friendly and helpful. They changed my front and rear break pads and rotors for a price more affordable than the dealership. They were great at communicating and had my car done by the end of the day. I will definitely return for any other maintenance needed in the future.

The car technicians always do a great job explaining procedures in laymen’s terms and what is going on with your vehicle. They are always professional and kind. I have had my oil changes done with them, car inspection, caliper clean and break flush. So far so good!
