March 2026: Not sure who took over, or what changed, but it’s terrible now. $270 and an extra day to say there’s nothing wrong with the truck. The next day a stranger in Vermont left a note saying “your car is leaking fluid like crazy, better get it checked out!”

This shop truly deserves more than just 5 stars! We were initially told by a different shop that we needed a brake replacement to pass the state safety inspection. However, this shop saved us a couple of bucks by letting us know that the replacement was not even necessary. They just cleaned it, and we only paid the inspection fee. Special thank you to Nathan for his help. Excellent service, quick, and responsive—highly recommended!

We have been taking all of our families vehicles to Ti Automotive for service since moving here three years ago. Excellent service, quick turnaround and always fair and transparent pricing. Never had a less than excellent result with any trip to this shop. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife were up in Ti for the weekend and had some troubles with our van upon arrival. We called Ti Auto at noon on a Saturday, pulled up at 1:30, and by 2:30 PM we drove away with a repaired vehicle. Super friendly and down to earth people as well. Would recommend!

The only reason I gave Ti Auto 5 stars is because 10 stars was not available. Nathan was great to deal with. He made our experience of buying a vehicle great. He handled everything from showing us the car, negotiating the deal, doing all the DMV work, even called my insurance for me. Nathan, you were great. Thanks for all your time and help.
