today I had Will come out and change my fan belt. I was told that that was the issue by a few mechanics as soon as he got the car started he knew that it was more than just a fan belt so he looked over the entire engine and noticed it was also the The power steering had some leaking and I also told him that I had leaking in the coolant so he also fixed that cleaned everything up, filled up the power steering fluid changed the belt and the car runs much better. I am gonna need some more work on the car regarding the power steering and he’s already on top of it. I can only say great things about him great job. Efficient explained everything to me in detail not one issue only an amazing experience. I am definitely using him again and I will definitely pass the message on that if anybody needs a mechanic to give you guys a call because you’re efficient professional kind, caring and down to earth and And knowing they are there more for you and your car than for money highly super recommended I will pass the word on can only say great things 10 stars

A highly professional, well-organized auto mechanic accurately diagnosed my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate. We scheduled the repair appointment promptly. When he arrived he set up his canopy which is installed on his Mechanic mobile vehicle. It was raining. He began working on the car without hesitation, even allowing me to observe and ask questions throughout the process. My son, who is also an experienced auto mechanic, reviewed the diagnosis and repair work and confirmed that they were correct and appropriate. He put a new starter in a ( new pully )and a serpentine belt. Also found two computer fuses blown and replaced them. He even tested the new battery I had bought the day before upon my request. He sent the itemized bill to my phone and email and even has a customer portal you log in to and see your appointments the work performed and a very detailed explanation of the work order. On the same customer portal, you can make another appointment and you can check off what you think you might need or just schedule an appointment for a diagnosis. Having a mechanic come to me, I can truly say there’s nothing better!

Will is absolutely incredible! I caught a nasty flat on my 2009 BMW and did not have a pump Jack low enough to get under it. Will was beyond prepared to handle the swap and came by fast! I get the feeling he’s an honest mechanic and that’s a true rarity nowadays. A++++

Great service and very thorough. I, unfortunately came out of work late at night to a flat tire and no spare. I called Strong Island Mobile Mechanics, Will came in at a timely manner, repaired my tire so I can make it home and scheduled an appointment for the following morning to replace my tire. He completed the job plus a tire rotation all before I had to leave to work, he is very efficient. Definitely 10/10 service and would recommend to others not just for emergencies but for all other maintenance services.
