First of all they ARE NOT A BODY SHOP! Never were. They are very professional and reasonable and extremely accurate in diagnosing and repairs. They always call with an estimate before any repairs are made and there are no hidden costs. I never had to bring my car back for the same repair. You get what you pay for so I guess these other people leaving negative reviews can't afford to pay for professional service to their vehicles. A++++++++++++++++++++++

Maybe the other review is from the owner, but there is NO WAY this place deserves 5 stars. I wish I could comment on the work they did but they are impossible to work with. I had to call 9 times just to get someone on the phone, and she was rude and dismissive. If the person speaking to essentially every customer speaks like this how would you expect to bring people in the door? They posted a coupon online which is the ONLY reason I considered going here, and after finally talking to someone I was told they would not honor it as I needed synthetic oil. NOWHERE on the coupon did it say that there was any limit or conditions. Avoid this place, seems like a scam. Address listed here isn't even correct. Don't bother.

I wish I didn't have to give any stars. They "fixed" the wrong side of the car. Needed work done on the left, explaining how the damage happened... they fixed the right side instead. Then told me that I was wrong and I told then the wrong side. I described the accident purposely so they knew what side needed repairs and why. The owner is a drunk. Don't trust him.

Long time resident of Coram over 25 years, heard negative things about this place and after the former secretary Morgan, telling me how this guy really is. I recommend staying far away. I wish I could give him 0 stars. I hate giving negative reviews but this place is one that I would stay away from.

Got work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee done from here.Well done.Would definitely recommend to my friends.Mike the owner seems experienced & can easily troubleshoot your vehicle.
