I've been coming here religiously for over 5 years. Will is the absolute best and will never take advantage of you. His dad is awesome as well. Extremely honest place and always does the best job. From my first horror of a car he always gave me all of my options with recommendations and he's not pushy like some other places. Maintenance is a breeze and he always gives me a heads up on what might need work and a time frame. My mother and my husband both bring their cars to him now as well. We're always happy when we leave and it's never a hassle to get an appointment or drop off. I always recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done whether it's a beater car or luxury. Also, very reasonable. If he wasn't I wouldn't care about the money because I know my car is COMPLETELY taken care of. Also, very polite with a great sense of humor if anyone cares about that stuff in NY anymore. Thanks for all your consistent and wonderful work!

I used this place for years as a native resident of 35 years living here. Will and the two other guys working there were great! I sadly moved away about a 8 months ago down to Florida to help a family member. I just moved back to town and went back to get my car fixed. I guess Will sold the business and the nice guys he had working with him left also. The new owner Raul barely speaks English and was very rude, charged me way too much (more than dealer price) for my vehicle repairs. When I came in, the lot was empty and these guys were blasting some sort of Spanish music. On top of that, they didn't even solve the issue and refused to make good on fixing it after I spent so much $$$. I really highly recommend you stay away from this place under the new ownership.. It's really a shame that its become this way. Miss the old ownership and his crew.

Great service. Goes above and beyond for his customers. Identifies what's wrong and then tells you how critical it is to fix that issue. No pressure at all. All around great experience. I really like that I don't have to stick around. I can go back to work. It's really convenient for me. I've been happy with the service every time I’ve been there. They are very professional, very helpful and polite throughout. Very pleased - a good job at a very fair price and without the "pressure sell" you get from the chain auto repair stores. I would recommend this service to everybody.

I drive a 2009 Honda accord back and forth to Brooklyn for work(120 miles round trip) and it has been taking a toll on my car, especially with the treacherous roads that I drive on(belt and LIE) I met with Shaun at Smithtown Tire Corp and had him look at my car since it has been making some grinding noises in the rear. He gave my car a full check up and gave me the bad news, i needed back brakes(calibers, rotors, pads) and new rotors and pads for the front, as well as rear struts. He was kind enough to text me photos of the brakes to show me how bad they've gotten. Now, when you hear all this, you wonder if it will be worth fixing or should i just get a new car, since the vehicle is a 2009, but when he provided me what the cost would be to complete the repairs, I was happily surprised on how reasonable the price was and had him and his team complete the repairs. It was completed the next day and all my issues were resolved at an affordable price. He even compounded the front headlights as they've become clouded. Thank you for all the help!
