Mark was amazing! He sent me a video of underneath my car showing me exactly what was wrong with my exhaust. It made it very clear what parts needed to be replaced and what repairs were needed. Honest and reliable...hard to find in a mechanic these days. Highly recommended!!

I have been bringing my cars to George for many years. The new man in town is Mark. He is the acting manager now that George is spending more time in Florida but still he put the right man in the right place?.. The biggest fear when going to a mechanic is that it's going to cost you a mortgage payment but I can say at Port Jeff Auto Care the mechanics there the knowledge they have the honesty is 100% I fully trust what they say is real. They explain everything out. So you understand in layman's terms for some people that don't understand mechanics. They are very pleasant to work with. I highly highly highly recommend this place for your future automotive repairs and inspections.

Out of all the auto repair services around the area, Port Jeff Car Care Center had the best service and prices. They don't charge you for unnecessary services and very honest about the work that needs to be done. On top of that, they are very communicative and professional! Brought my challenger here to get a suspension issue fixed and got welcomed by 10/10 customer service and the issue resolved same day. Not many shops like this around these days anymore, you’ll be taken care of here!
