I highly recommend North Shore Auto Body. This shop was referred to me by a friend and im so glad it was. From the moment I walked in the staff was kind and knowledgeable, they quoted me an amazing price to have my 2025 Kia K5 repainted. The work was done in a timely manner and my car looks fantastic. Like brand new. 10/10 will definitely be back if I need service in the future.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have photos and documentation showing that the damaged part was supposed to be replaced, but instead it appears they simply painted over it and represented the work as completed. We contacted the shop immediately to give them the opportunity to correct the issue, but no one took responsibility. Communication has been terrible from the beginning. We cannot reach the person responsible for the repair, and no manager or owner has been available to address our concerns. We were originally told the repair would take two weeks, but it took over a month, and we had to constantly call for updates because no one would contact us. The invoice was not itemized, the work was not completed as expected, and the lack of professionalism throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Since we have been unable to get a resolution directly from the business, we have decided to pursue the matter through the appropriate regulatory authorities. I would not recommend this business.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I paid $2,400 for structural chassis repairs and was told the work would be completed in 2 weeks. Instead, they kept my vehicle for 5 weeks, during which I received repeated excuses, false promises, and misleading information every time I called for an update. When I finally picked up my van and inspected it, I was shocked. The repairs I paid for had not been completed. Parts I was charged to replace were never replaced, and the structural damage to the chassis was simply patched instead of being properly repaired. As a result, the vehicle was returned to me in an unsafe condition. To make matters worse, the person who handled the job no longer answers my calls or messages. This has been an absolute nightmare. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your safety and your money, I strongly suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else.

A family friend told me about this shop, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. It’s honestly the best I’ve ever had with auto body work. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to explain everything along the way. They handled a lot of repairs and even fixed some things I hadn’t asked about talk about amazing customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. Their pricing was really fair, coming in way lower than the other two estimates I got, and the quality didn’t suffer at all. The shop is a bit of a drive from my place, but it was totally worth it. To top it all off, the owner personally drove me home after I dropped off my car. That kind of care is rare these days. If you’re looking for honest, high quality body work at a fair price, I highly recommend this place.
