I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had them do a full car paint correction to get rid of swirls and scratches on my car and to get my brake calipers painted... after I got home and took a closers look all the scratches were still there.. The car had wax that was never cleaned off in multiple places and all over the rubber seals on my doors... The freshley painted caliper on the right side had a scratch going down the whole side of it... Guess taht happened when they put the wheel back on.. I reached out to the owner and told him about the issues drop the car off again and the scratches on the car seem to have gotten even worse and more noticeable..... When they touvhed up the scratched brake caliper they over sprayed paint on and it looks terible now.. Also when I brought it back I decided I asked him about an interior cleaning they said I could do a deep cleaning for $100 so I said go ahead let's do that.. They left streaks all over my silver trim inside the car it looks like they used a greasy rag, all the windows were extremely greasy from the greasy rag I had to clean everything again and spend another 20 minutes cleaning my interior after i picked up my car. Reached out to the owner immediately 10 days later no reply, after that I reached out to the office they told me I would get a callback from the owner eight days later no reply, I gave them one last shot and reached out to them to give them the opportunity to do right by me.. They told me they would have the owner call me as soon as he walks in first thing that day.. Seven days later no call back. Spent $1100.. Complete waste of money.....

Got my car detailed today and I am so incredibly happy! Their attention to detail is amazing my car looks like it just came off the lot!!

Great place for hand car wash and detailing. Scheduling drop-off and pickup with Vincent was easy and ready on time as promised. Jolee in the office was professional and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Tyler and the NorthShore Auto team continue to outdo themselves on every occasion I use there services. From tints, to ceramic coatings, to painting my calipers red; these guys do it all. Every vehicle I own comes out looking better than off the lot after these guys get there hands on it. I preach the name Tyler Galano to anyone that will listen, because this guy knows what he’s talking about. Never have I ever met a more experienced and professional business owner. The prices are extremely fair and if you spend all of your money with them your car WILL become a Ferrari. I thank god on a daily basis that I came across this company, I truly don’t know what I’d do without them.

No1 go to place in the town, professional and patient. I went to for the car wash and tint removal, the tint was multiple layer tinted and been on the window very long time. So it is very hard to remove, took few hours over the original estimated time, they worked overtime in weekend to get the job done, washed out all of the glue residue. The results are great!
