Joes Mobil Auto Repair Center

TLDR: brought car in for repairs and it wasnt accurately test driven or diagnosed. only after thousands in repairs did the shop drive the car and diagnose the actual issue, one they could not fix themselves. The owner tried to shift blame on to everyone from nissan to his mechanic (only when he wasnt around). I don’t recommend this place. Brought my car in to get work done and fix some issues. I brought the car on 4 separate occasions and this shop was not able to accurately diagnose the issue. I was told my car needed several repairs that would in the end resolve the issue which it did not. On the final time picking it up, I was once again assured the issue was resolved. Five minutes into my drive the same issues were present and I was once again assured the car was test driven and fixed. I brought it in the next day for a group test drive where the owner and mechanic insisted they had driven the car and would never let it leave with the issues (now identified to be the transmission) that the car had. Now after $1500 in repairs that were expected to fix the issue I am now being told it is something else and the new issues im experiencing only turned up after leaving the lot. These issues were present the entire time and it is very clear a proper test drive was not done as myself and my passenger experienced the issues prior to having my car serviced at this shop. Joe is now refusing to assist in any way despite me bringing the car 4 times to be fixed or at the very least accurately diagnosed. All of this to say, I do not recommend Joes Mobil Auto Repair Center, while a car is a tricky machine it is clear this establishment is unwilling to take responsibility and more concerned with getting the car in and out opposed to ensuring a safe drivable car and customer happiness.

I've been going to Joe's Mobile for 3 years. I wouldn't leave my 2017 Challenger with anyone else, nor my other vehicles. Joe and his staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. Joe is honest and his prices are very fair. The work they do is clean and completed in a timely matter. I highly recommend going to Joe's for service.

Great experience brought my 2019 Wrx for and Oil Change and Tire rotation and they were able to squeeze me in on the spot!! Very fast service and reasonable price! Definitely will be coming back for my future Repairs and Services
