Ford Of Port Jeff Service And Parts

This is a long review, but its what ive been experiencing for almost 3 weeks now. I've had my check engine light on for almost 3 weeks. I've gone in twice for the same issue, cylinder misfire. First time was "because the spark plugs needed to be replaced". So I spent $500 on getting the spark plugs replaced. I get my truck back and I smell fuel as soon as I get in it. I didn't think much of it (I've smelled fuel in past vehicles that dissipate in a day or two) until the check engine light came on a day later. It took 3 days to coordinate bringing it back in because the advisor never called back when they said they would. I was also placed on hold for about 5 minutes then the line went dead. So I told them I'm bringing it in after 3 days of this (second time bringing it in). But before I bring it in I notice a leak under my truck. It turned out to be fuel. My truck was leaking fuel for 3 days. 3 days they pretty much ignored me. It turned out the tech disconnected the fuel line or the fuel injector, I forget which, when they did the plugs. It turns out that tech didn't connect it properly after changing the plugs. I also looked under the hood and saw small issues but still things I shouldnt see if im paying $150+ per hour in labor. The lid on a case on the back of my engine was not connected properly (images shared). So I get my truck back again. A day later the check engine light is on again for cylinder misfire. I called again trying to set something up that so I can get a loaner this week. I call for the past 2 days trying to get info because they were going to have more info the next day (Tuesday). I call around 2:30 pm yesterday and am on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Then the line goes dead. The advisors, at least the one I dealt with is flakey and non responsive. The techs are not trained if they can't connect equipment properly. So I am stuck trying to figure out what to do because they refuse to help me. I have been on the phone with them most days once per day at least for the past almost 3 weeks. My check engine light is still on and I have to look elsewhere to get this taken care of. Do not go to this service center. They do not care about you or your vehicle. My opinion, I get the feeling they are trying to drag this out to have something more major happen to my engine in order to have me pay a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. Seriously do not go to this service center. They will screw you. The only saving grace, I didnt have to pay to get the fuel leak fixed.

Wonderful experience with Ford of Port Jeff. I bought my dream Bronco here a few months ago and just brought it in for my first service.
