I've been a long standing customer of Firestone since the mid 1990's. I used to say that I was solely responsible for paying the quarterly rent on the building and the technicians salaries,I was there so much but that was some time ago. Things have since changed and I have since sold the account draining vehicles. I'm always treated respectfully when I need to schedule an appointment and when I am on site. Wait times vary depending upon the influx of vehicles, but typically times to wait are reasonable. The technicians are top notch. They're the only techs that I allow to touch or work on my vehicles. It appears as though management has been greatly improved and upgraded in this location, which has been an even greatly customer experience. All in all, I feel as though the parts and labor pricing as of late has been much more fair since new management, in this location. Good people, I've known most of the staff in this location for quite a long time.

Made appointment for ny state inspection for my Camaro around 1pm for 5pm same day! Reached around 4:30pm gave my keys to Mr. Gary. My car was ready within an hour or so. The review I am writing because when I went to my car and check my dashboard what surprised me was my ny resignation was cleanly replace nicely on my windshield glass (as this registration stick was in messy and was bothering me) 😆 I was impressed by technician Bryan, he fixed and organized the sticker perfectly without asking-which is not so common these days. Thank you Gary and Bryan for awesome work you guys are doing!
View on GoogleToday my friend ask me to go to this location with him. I have experience in automotives worked for many shops( Mavis, MCA, Nardy Honda ) he ask me to come for a second opinion. When we got there my friend bought four tires and an alignment. We left the vehicle n went out for lunch. When we returned the shop claimed to have gotten authorized to do breaks calibers rotors n a bunch of stuff my friend didn’t ask for. They said they spoke to a man at the number which they had in their system. The man was my friends dad who wasn’t with us n is an elderly man. Well this shop took advantage n started trying to upscale everything before we got back from lunch. When we returned to the Firestone. I told him how I have years of experience n wanted to take a look. The rotors calibers and all were in great condition! Only the front breaks needed to be changed. What we call a pad slap. The men were obviously caught trying to scam us out of our money. So we ask them to only changed the tires n do the wheel alignment. The technician was very unprofessional not verbally but he demonstrated aggressive body language. He brung the car out of the shop. And did not do the alignment. Told my friend he wasn’t doing it bc we “wasted their time” truth is we never even spoke about breaks , rotors or calibers. The job was a 450 dollar job. They tried to turn it to $1200 and worst part is they did it without even speaking to us about it. THIS IS A SHOP FULL OF SCAMMERS. GO ELSEWHERE!
View on GoogleI drove off the Port Jeff ferry with rapidly decreasing PSI in my tire. This so was the first one I passed, and I'm thrilled I stopped here. Brian was awesome, and let me know he was happy to help in this emergency. His kids were there (running the shop and making everyone smile!!). I was there on a Sunday afternoon, 45 minutes before closing time, while they still had a shop full of vehicles, and they were STILL able to fix my tire before closing. A wonderful experience!
View on GoogleWent to Firestone to have a tire repaired. Goodyear said it wasn't repairable and wanted to charge me over 400 for a new tire. Gary at this station had it fixed with an hour and charged me under $30. Firestone with the victory. Go here.
