Great service. Luis was clear and upfront about pricing and what her was going to do. No upselling. Came, worked fast and fixed our problem. I would use him again.

Replaced an alternator and battery on my 2009 Scion XB. Took me 12 hours and the part of two days. Not having enough metric tools, being able to bend like I used to, and being in my late 70s, slowed me down. The last thing I had to do was put on this serpentine belt that required a contortionist with three hands. I threw in the towel. Called RPM Mobile and got Lewis to answer the phone. Told him what I needed done, could he do it today, and how soon. He said "easy-peasy"...Yes....Hour to an hour in a half. Got there in an hour and a half; took him about twenty minutes and he was done and gone. Very polite, competent and pleasant. Will call him again should the need arise.

Louis was a life saver! Very satisfied with his work, very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend his service to anyone that gets stranded!
