I had Frame installed, tierods, ball & pinions, inspection,etc. Entire staff was not only professional, but humane, patient with unexpected repairs and costs. My car now feels firm, steardy and brand new. Thanks Syracuse Frame, from the top,sides and bottom of my heart.

Get your car out of thier POSSESSION ASAP. In my situation they know they couldn't start my car to due the work and yet charged my 1800 buck. Very underhanded by them. Do business elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. They inspected my frame and gave me a thorough summary of the problems that were present and what it would cost to fix them. They weren't pushy about getting it done and acknowledged that the vehicle might not be worth the cost of repair.

They had my car sitting for 8 days without being touched submitted payment request to my insurance incorrectly, never followed up with me until the 9th day. It’s day 44 my car is still not finished from repairing minor front end damage. Since over 30 day mark my insurance company stopped paying for rental now I’m day 14 paying for a rental out of my pocket and my car has been painted the incorrect color and painter off for the rest of the week. I have been given 3 different dates so far that my car will be done and I had to return the rental I had so now I have no car and I have to wait another week for it to be touched to paint it the right color. Most expensive and frustrating thing I have experienced getting an auto repair. Please don’t waste your TIME or MONEY on these people, you will REGRET it!!!!
