My mechanic checked out my car before a trip to Syracuse. Only code was for the catalytic converter being a little out of optimum range. I get to Syracuse with a radiator hose that was leaking as will happen without warning. Ran the codes with an obd on the engine before bringing it in for a third time knowing my car is ripe for scams. No problems but the catalytic converter being out of optimum range on the codes. Leaking coolant doesn't throw a code when you just refilled it. I then brought it in and said to fix the hose and nothing else that would take more than the day. Through out the next week I was told how more work was needed and it wouldn't run without it. While picking it up I was then told that as they worked on the car things went wrong and needed to be replaced. An oil leak and EGR leak, and a bunch of other things that throw codes if it's legit. Codes that weren't there three times before. One time just a 5 mile drive from the shop. So either the shop caused these things to happen or they never happened. I have recorded the codes of before and after and I recorded the guy as I picked up the car saying that they broke things as they worked on the car like it was my responsibility that they broke things. I have everything documented from before, during, and after. Consequences are forthwith. Unfortunately for this shop, they did not realize who they were dealing with. I document everything and record everything. I hate he said, he said, I want proof! The first conversations over the recorded phone call they say how great the engine runs. Later they say how it now only runs for 5-10 minutes before shutting down! So, this one is not just opinion, I have facts and documentation to support, I was scammed! I hope they are foolish enough to push this further as I have even more proof I haven't mentioned here supporting my statements. I am fine dealing with this by disputing the charges and posting this review. I will be keeping the proof for the next year at a minimum in the event it is needed. All this being said, if you go here it's on you.

Broke down on a road trip and brought my BMW here. Not from the area and I normally don’t let shops work on my cars. Excellent service and they got it done within a week. Also came in under estimate, one of the best shops I’ve been to I wish I lived here so I could go regularly. Turned the bad experience into the best case scenario
View on GoogleSam diagnosed the problem with my convertible top on my 2005 A4 1.8t. Two other shops had said they couldn’t find the problem or fix it. I’m very happy with the work that was done.
View on GoogleThey tell me the instrument cluster doesn't work because I used jumper improperly. The voltage was too high then burned the cluster inside. They say they need to buy a new cluster which is over 2k dollars. I dont believe it so I pay 200 dollars and get my car back, then go to another auto repair shop. After simply reconnection, this cluster works again.Considering looking for help from SU legal service. #############update_1############# reply from owner: "We don’t know what was done to your vehicle to make it work but I know in order for us to warranty our work, the proper procedures have to be met." my reply: obviously, your proper procedures didn't work. My friend's reconnection made it work again. my question: You stated the cluster was shorted out in diagnosis, why it can work again?
View on GoogleThe guys did a great job & the owner was very helpful & informative. A 40 year old car is going to have some issues, I'm very happy with the work that was done & very happy with how the costs of other needed repairs were laid out for me. If you have a vintage car there is no better place to bring it.
