This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever been to! The staff is beyond amazing – they treated us like family, taking care of us as if we were their own children. Not only were they kind and welcoming, but they also went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We built such a great relationship with the team here, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back. The prices were fair, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was just the best thing ever. If you’re in Syracuse, you NEED to go here – you won’t find a better shop! #ShaheenRocks

​I went to this shop for a brake pads change and While they were doing the job, I saw fluid leaking from the piston, I asked him what is it; he told me to not worry, (I didn't know at the time that it meant the caliper is done for ) Momen and another guy had a quick argument about it in Bengali, i asked him again, what's happening? He told me nothing don't worry about it. And they just put it all together and sent me on my way. ​10 minutes later, the smell was crazy, the wheel was making weird sounds, and it got extremely hot. I went right back and they acted like nothing was wrong. Momen just put some spray or grease on the piston and assured me there was nothing serious to worry about, and sent me on my way. ​Ever since then, my brakes never felt the same. They just weren't performing right. Now that I know more about brakes, I finally realized what happened. Everything links up now. They broke the seal on my caliper, saw the leak, and instead of being honest, they used my ignorance to hide the damage and send me out in an unsafe car. Don’t trust these guys if you don't know exactly what to look for—they will hide their mistakes and hope you don't notice.

I love this place. I went here after having a bad experience with a more popular/well known shop. I will never go anywhere else. They are such knowledgeable, honest, hard-working guys. Great work at a better price and usually can do things same day or next day. 10/10!!

I cannot say enough about this family run business!! Mohamed and his team did an amazing job. A bit of background: My car overheated while driving home on the turnpike in NY to Ohio, on a Sunday. I called my insurance company to get a tow - 1.5hrs later they indicate that is a restricted zone and to call state trooper. I wound up calling the nearest Pep Boys where I had planned on taking it to see if they offered tow service, which they did and it would have been nice if they offered that on my first call with them. Needless to say got dropped into another queue - now worried that it was approaching 3pm on a Sunday and most repair shops would not likely service me the same day. I then found this repair shop that was open until 7pm. I called, explained my issue he indicated to bring the car in and he could work on it. The (independent tow truck company I found through the Warner's gas attendant) was curious why I chose this shop out of the others. I said, I need to get home yet today, and they were willing to work on it on a Sunday. Mohamed and his family team treated me so kind, he quickly assessed the issue (water pump completely broken), quoted me a price, and went to work. It was a Very fair price and they even went the extra step to check my oil and give me an oil change at a small price and fix my darn dashboard light from being forever on! It goes to show that no matter where in the world you are, regardless of neighborhood, income, nationality etc.... There are truly good people/mechanics in the world. I just now need to find someone closer to my home in Ohio! Thank you Mohamed and Family - you are the best. Lisa
