I bought a 2019 Jeep Compass trail hawk edition from mike and was VERY satisfied with the professional service. I would HIGHLY recommend guys auto to everyone looking for great service without being pushy.

Customer service is great. When I do have a small issue they are quick to resolve it. Edit of review: have had my car for 6 months ago now, I have a warranty with it. I called to get the car in as the steering wheel is clicking and making grinding noise. Also, the tire feels as if it's going to fall off. Was told would have to wait a week. Asked why I have to wait a week every time my car needs work. This is not something small. His answer: we are always busy. Nice customer service.

Appointment times are honored. Communication between shop manager Mr. Mike and client is excellent. Your car is fixed correctly the first time. The vehichle is ready for pick up at scheduled time. I have always been treated and spoken to with professionalism, kindness, and respect.

Excellent service all round, besides google itself getting the times wrong everything was perfect. Maybe it was cause it was a slow day, but I came in with 2 popped tires, no notice and within 3-4 hours was perfectly fine, even with other people there as well

I bought a Rav 4 from Guy's Auto and I can say I'm happy with the services and the ppl that work there are very friendly. If you're in need for a vehicle they have many to choose from and they will work with you. Thanks Guys = )
