Glisson’s is the best auto shop I’ve found in Syracuse. Steve and the team are always super friendly, very transparent and explain everything, and they are trustworthy and practical with their recommendations and advice. I highly recommend this shop

Lost a longtime customer. Was told an estimated price of 600 for rear brakes and an oil change over the phone, when I came in to pick up my vehicle they tried charging me over 1,000. They gave me a long winded attempt at an explanation, which only confused me as I do not know much about cars. They took the price down a bit because they “don’t like upsetting people”… damn right I was upset after they tried to charge me almost twice the amount I was originally told. I won’t be back.

What can I say...great service, they never try to upsell, but will go out of their way to give your vehicle a once over to make sure everything is in proper working (and SAFE) condition. The guys are also really friendly and never talk down to you if you're not mechanically inclined like some other garages might. I rarely write reviews, but these guys are deserving of a good one!
