What started as a rough night turned into an outstanding customer service experience. After getting towed around midnight and spending the night walking back and forth in the rain, we were not exactly having the best time. From the moment we arrived, Nick, Diane, and Kyle were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their professionalism, communication, and positive attitudes truly turned a rainy Saturday morning into a sunny Saturday afternoon. A huge thank you to all three of you for your help and outstanding service. Hopefully we won’t have to see you again anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll know we’re in great hands.

I brought my vehicle in with no appointment in the middle of a weekday because of a leaking tire, the staff at Firestone took a look at it and had me back on the road in under an hour. Great service from everyone, especially Leonardo, Diane, and Russ at the service counter.
