I’ve been going to Cookie’s for years. I would even drive hours to have my car serviced when living in a different region. Great team and upfront service. It’s an multi-generational independently owned business so don’t expect corporate here. This is a real family business.

Just started taking my truck here based on a referral from a friend. Couldn't be happier with my experience so far! Dino is super friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Terrible business.... Brought my car in had numerous things done to it. battery,brakes,tires,inspection,etc.After spending almost $1,500 I find out that my brake lines are completely shot and the brake fluid tank was completely empty. I could've been seriously injured as well as others. Don't bring your car to Dino!

WENT FOR BRAKE AND FRONT-END REPAIR. VERY HAPPY WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE REPAIR. MY CAR DRIVES BEAUTIFULLY. GOOD SERVICE, FAIR PRICES, AND IF YOU NEED THEM TO CHECK SOMETHING AFTER THE REPAIR, THEY WILL TAKE I RIGHT IN. They took my vehicle in on short notice, they had it done by 3:00 same day, and my car repair was very reasonable. I plan to take my vehicle their for another repair.

First and foremost I would like to say I normally dont leave reviews, actually this is my first review I have ever done. Secondly the service here is horrible. To be short and quick to the point, I have had a check engine light on since I purchased my car (from CNY Drives btw) and was told if ever any problems I can take it to Luke's mechanic who is named Dino. In dealing with Dino trying to get the issue fixed, I was informed over multiple times that the car would be fixed but instead it just always sat in the lot and they only cleared the check engine light codes instead of actually fixing the problem. So maybe a couple of days ago possibly a week, I was informed that my vehicle was actually fixed but instead the check engine light came back on as well as other problems such as cylinder 2 and 3 misfire so out of suspicion I took my vehicle to Midas and they informed me that nothing was done with my intake manifold and they never laid a hand on it to be fixed. When confronting Dino about this and telling him he never tried fixing the vehicle he simple told me thank you for voicing your opinion and hung up on me. So I say this to everybody who reads this review, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO THIS MECHANIC. I wouldn't even give this one star if I could.
