CNY Auto Service

Brought my car in to have the serpentine belt replaced. Car was making a loud screeching noise. They replaced the belt and I had it back in the same day. The screeching noise continued as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. I figured it must be because of the cold weather or something, so I waited about a week but it was still making the screeching noise. I called the next Monday morning. Left a voicemail explaining that I'd like to bring it back in for them to look at because the problem was persisting. I called two more times that day. No answer. When I took my car to a different shop, the told me that yes, CNY Auto replaced the serpentine belt alright. But they didn't tighten it. I still haven't received a callback. I guess they don't need my business anymore.

There should be an option for 0 stars. I have been coming here for many years and was absolutely taken advantage of and given the run around for 6months. They had my car in their shop for 3 separate days, all day. Each time I had to call and see if my car was done only to be told “the wrong part was ordered”. Constantly being told I’ll call you tomorrow or I’ll call you next week. Never calling me back, I would have to call them. Was told the part I needed was on back order. Touched base with them a few times only to find out the service manager who I had been working with was no longer there and apparently there was never even a part ordered for my car. While hearing of the shady business going on with my car I was also disclosed information (from the mechanic himself) about other vehicles that had been charged for parts that never got changed out or vehicles that had been sitting in the shop for MONTHS. I started this process on 5/7/2024 and on 11/21/2024 I spoke to yet another person looking to collect payment for a problem they never fixed. When I explained there was nothing I should be responsible for I was quickly told “I’ll look further into it and call you back”. I get a voicemail telling me they wouldn’t be helping me further to contact a dealership directly. Safe to say in his investigation he found other shady dealings and instead of being honest and trying to fix the mess his shop made he tells me to contact another shop.

Awesome service and was well taken care of with a loaner. I couldn’t have been any happier with my first time experience with the shop. I was recommended as well! You have earned my business! Thank you to Jim, Ciera, and the mechanics that worked on my vehicle.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I used to go here and really liked them. However, they messed up my oil change not once but TWICE leaving me stranded without a car (it had NO oil in it, leaked EVERYWHERE). When I talked with the manager about it he told me they "used non factory parts" which don't always fit to keep costs down. He wouldn't even refund me for the oil I had to put in my car a week after they changed it! Total rip off. Go somewhere where the people know what they're doing and spare yourself the headache, its not worth saving 20$.

Walked in there unconfident and in a sticky situation, left with a great car at a great price. Working with Luke was incredible... the guy has nothing but respect for his clients and military personnel. It has been a real pleasure doing business with this dealership
