Bumper to Bumper Auto-Body & Collision Mechanical Service

Had some small bumper damage and was told this guy would do great work by a friend. I go and get quoted by him and he sets my date about a month out. Date comes and I show up and he says he meant to call me but he's behind schedule and to come back the next day. The next day and I'm given another excuse. He says he will call me when he's ready. I wait a week, heard nothing, so I give him a call. Gives me another excuse that hes still behind. This goes on and every week or two I call and am given some random excuse as to why he isn't ready yet. Repeatedly told "I'll call you". Eventually around 2 months past when I was supposed to be serviced I go in person. Have what seemed like a productive conversation and flips through his calendar (totally empty by the way) and says "I can probably fit you in next Monday or Tuesday, I'll call you". Having been given this line before I decide to drive there Monday morning. He annoying gives me the "I said I'll call you" line again. So now, four months past when I was supposed to be originally serviced I am still getting strung along. Absolute joke of a business owner. Zero decency whatsoever. I get the feeling he doesn't want to do the work, but if that's the case, recommend me to someone else. Even if you don't want to recommend someone else, at least be a man and tell me you don't want to do the work so I can go find someone else. Pathetic behavior and I wouldn't recommend going here under any circumstance. I am a very understanding and kind person. I've worked jobs where you have to interact with customers and I know how things can be sometimes. Every interaction I had with this man I was extremely understanding and kind, never rude, never impatient. I have never written a single review for any business before, even ones where I had overwhelmingly negative experiences. However, there is absolutely no reason I should be treated this way as a customer.

Phenomenal experience. While I hope to never visit Bill again because that would mean I’ve had another accident 😬, my husband and I won’t take our cars anywhere else after discovering him. Honest, fair, fun to chat with, and extremely talented. Our car looks like new, and he fixed it in the exact timeframe we hoped for. 10/10 recommend Bill if your car needs some TLC. Thanks Bill!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! First thing I was supposed to get my car fixed within a week didn’t get it back for a whole month, and when I would check on my car I received rude responses like I have a rental so why are you asking about your car? Excuse me ? Also the 2 major problems I had within my car due to the accident was not fixed and then I was told it had nothing to do with the accident so that’s why they didn’t fix it even though I told them this started happening after the accident, and then told me to basically figure it out myself. Also all 3 of my tires have screws and nails in my tire like they was just running my baby through the jungle !!! I would never go back and I would never tell nobody to go there !

I brought my SUV in due to various dents, dings, scratches, etc. Two of the dents were HUGE. Bill gave me an estimate on the spot (which he honored 100% when it was time to pay) and did a FANTASTIC job! I seriously can't believe how beautiful my vehicle looks. He was helpful, professional, courteous, and honorable...it was a great experience! My husband and son were so impressed with the job that they're already making plans to bring in their vehicles for future paint jobs.

Bill is phenomenal great service. Genuine person with great skills. I highly recommend his services.
