A NY snow storm landed me & the kids in a ditch. I was driving only 15 mph. Called AAA & had a recovery in under 60 minutes. Not to sound odd but a terrible experience landed us with the best recovery done by Big D's Auto. Kind,Respectful, prompt. I would recommend Big D's to any call. He was patient and so caring as the roads were slippery. He walked me back to my car. Never felt more thought of before. Thank You. Pass this to all of your friends and family. I am putting his phone # on my phone and you should too.

My car was stuck in my driveway after I was done fighting and rocking my car I called Big d’s after seeing his great reviews he was at my house in Solvay in 5 minutes he was respectful and absolutely amazing and got out my car out in 30 Seconds. During the January 25th storm my car went 80 feet off the road. After AAA sent a "Bigger Towing service" (after 3 hours) They tried to Up Sell me... Big D's was called and arrived in less that an hour. They were professional and efficient. They had me back on the road in 10 minutes! They also waited around, to make sure I got the car warmed up and was on my way. I would recommend these men 100% Still very thankful.

If you ever need a tow, call Big D’s! He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He took good care of my car and towed me and my car back to Cortland! It was very upsetting for me to be stranded, but I felt much better when he arrived, we talked the entire way home. I would give him more stars if they were available. This man is a professional through and through.
