I have a customer that leases space at B&B Auto for their bus fleet, and I was there working on several bus radios. I noticed that my service van was leaking and made a unpleasant sound when started. I didn't want to risk driving it back to my office, so I spoke with Bill at B&B Auto they checked it out and found my power steering cooler line was in need of replacement. I approved the repair estimate, they ordered the part, installed it and gave it a NYS Inspection. All in 2.5 hours and the price was very reasonable, I was very satisfied with the services provided at B&B Auto thank you Bill.

I had to get my tire patched. I had driven to all the other repair shops in the neighborhood (which refused to fix it because “they were too packed”) and at this point, my tire pressure alarm was on and I was desperate. B&B actually took my car right in and serviced it within minutes. They were great and courteous. Highly recommended!

He doesn’t keep his word on what he’s going to do he’s had my car for two months past the time he said it would be finished and after that it still wasn’t 100% complete I had to drop it off again he said it would be done the same day that was false and when you call the business no one answers the phone
