Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Store manager Nick was incredible! Went in for spark plug replacement but they found out what was really wrong was my battery. They ordered a new battery on the spot and the whole appointment took less than an hour. Nick made sure to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and everything was reasonably priced. It’s nice to find a mechanic who genuinely wants to help and not just sell things!

I needed a NYS car inspection without waiting a week for an appointment. I was able to book an appointment the same day from their website, which was a welcome surprise. The building was in a convenient location and easy to get to, even if you need to take a left turn off the main road (thanks, green arrow!) I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time, and my car was taken back within minutes of that. Nick, the store manager, was absolutely lovely during this time. Communication about the part and the cost of the battery and service were on point, and the friendly chatter topped off my good experience. I did need a new car battery, which I'd been told about the last time I'd had work done on my car elsewhere. Since the battery needed wasn't in house, the part needed to be ordered, which increased my wait time significantly. I believe that if I didn't need a battery, I would have been in and out within about a half hour of my appointment time. In total, it took about an hour, the vast majority of which was spent waiting for the part. The waiting room was quite small; there's seating for 5, but only 4 people could comfortably sit. Two of the chairs had overlapping leg space, so the space could fit 5 if one person didn't have legs, I guess. Overall, I had a great experience here. I probably overpaid for a car battery, but that's the price you pay when you go to a commercial business to get work done. It's not like the employees have any control over how much parts cost anyway. Everybody was kind, honest, and straightforward, which I highly value in an environment where everything happens on the other side of a window. I definitely recommend giving Mr. Tire a shot if you're around the Brockport area and looking to get work done on your car.

The guys at Mr Tire were absolutely great. I stopped in for an inspection and they took my car right in. I have had service done at the Mr Tire in Johnson City before I moved to Brockport and they were wonderful too. It's such a relief to know I have Mr Tire nearby to take care of my car. Thanks guys!

I spent a long time looking for a place I could truly trust to mount my new wheels. When you buy expensive rims and tires, the last thing you want to hear after installation is: “Sorry, we couldn’t do it perfectly.” I decided to go with Mr. Tire, and it was the right choice. They’re not the cheapest if you’re only comparing prices, but when you’re looking for service you can rely on for years, price shouldn’t be the only factor. They didn’t leave a single scratch on the wheels and did the job carefully and professionally. I felt comfortable trusting them with expensive equipment. The service in the office is excellent — very human, respectful, and professional. Everything is explained clearly, and they’re genuinely willing to listen and find the best solution for the customer. I confidently give five stars. Thank you, guys!
