Couldn’t ask for a better or more reliable shop to take your vehicle too! I haven’t felt this safe in my truck in a very long time and it is hard to find a shop now days that you can trust that they are doing right by you and your vehicle! Hands down best shop in the area and only shop I’ll have service my vehicle!

Took our vehicle in for suspension to be checked and an alignment. Technician was rude, condescending, did not address the issue, but was happy to take our money. Can’t recommend and will not be back :(

While on a road trip to KY my check engine light came on - the shop owner ran a diagnostic, recognized the issue and promptly got me back on the road in under an hour. Very kind and great service, especially on a timeline.

Recently we were on a driving trip from wisconsin-> niagara falls->DC->Virginia-> back to Wisc. My car started making bad noises just into NY state. We stopped at Sunset Truck&Auto as i was driving by, cause it needed work immediately. Roy(?) was very busy, but i could see that he moved some things around and made time to fit me in immediately for a look. I had a blown out rear wheel emerg. brake that broke into pieces and really could have ruined more of my car (and our trip) if we kept on driving. Roy fixed the issue and a few other issues he saw and got us on our way very quickly/safely. We put another 2500miles on the car after we saw Roy, and had no problems. I know he is a straight-shooter and definitely someone you would want to do business with. I cant thank him enough. I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing any work done on their vehicle. If i could put 10 stars on this review i would . (but it only goes to 5 stars). Dean
