A few weeks ago, I brought my Audi A6 to Edge Motors for four new shocks after installing new tires. Long story short, when I got the car back, things weren’t right and I heard a strange noise. I called and spoke with the General Manager, Gervais, who set an appointment immediately. When I returned, I met the owner and we took a test drive. He was completely honest with me: the technician who performed the initial work had already been let go due to unacceptable performance. Without a second of hesitation, the owner took full responsibility. They reinstalled all four shocks correctly—at their own expense—and didn't charge me a single penny extra. It took about 7 days, which was a little longer than expected, but the result was worth it. I got my car back yesterday and it finally runs exactly the way an Audi should—straight as an arrow and powerful. I want to thank Sergey, Gervais, and the team. This shop deserves praise for their responsibility and integrity, which is rare in the auto repair business. Edge motors was recommended by my brother-in-law and I must say I was very nervous as I have had my share of Bad experiences. But I took a chance and wanted to review my experience. As soon as I got there I was met at the door by someone who already knew who I was and why I was there. Waiting room was nice and comfy. I asked questions to ease my nerves and every question was met with patience and understanding. My wait was within reason. My overall experience was very good, price was reasonable. I would def Recommend this business for service because I will Be going back for service myself.

Edge Motors is great for performance minded enthusiasts and also regular car owners. Bring your own parts or have them take care of everything! They are prompt in their service and growing in popularity! . Labor is not cheap but at a fair value compared to some foreign auto shops I will comeback for general maintenance and performance installs!! 👍👍

Finding a genuine shop that cares about your car the way you do is extremely difficult to find. Sergey, Gervais, and the rest of the team are amazing and want to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. There aren’t many good euro performance shops like this in the New York area. They do great work and charge very fair prices. I come from Queens, NY just to go to them because other shops just aren’t the same. I’m really glad I found this place!
