CRC-Campbells Repair and Collision

I hit a deer and I was recommended to bring my van here. CRC was so easy to work with and also helped with dealing with my insurance. Definitely would bring my vehicles here. The repair work looks better than I could have hoped for.

Don & his team were professional & took the highest care from start to finish. They made the insurance claim process very simple, made my vehicle look brand new, and were communicative throughout the entire process. Hit a deer end of October. Didnt do a lot of damage to my Ford expedition, but the patts that broke were expensive. Called CRC, they got me in fast, had my vehicle a week because additional part were found to be broken. He does rent out cars if your in a jam, luckily we were not and managed with one vehicle for the week. Now the service for these guys go above and beyond just that week they had my tank. We pick it up, he allowed me to write 2 checks for my deductible and post date them cause its December and the holidays, which was amazing. Amd my fiance, after having taken the expedition to work, called CTC and asked "could you guys do an alignment, the car just seems a little off." They booked us another quick appointment to get us in and situated, and said as its probably from the accident he will be billing the insurance. Just amazing, top notch work, and customer service that goes beyond how other dealership garages are.

I was well informed with what was going on with my car and how long it would take to repair it and what the cost would be. Good honest people with a lot of knowledge! Thank you!!!
