Made an appointment for a run of the mill inspection. Arrived at my appointment time, and was advised they were going to do the brakes of another vehicle before beginning on mine. I have two small children with me, and we have another appointment to get to after this. We’ve now sat here for 25+ minutes and they haven’t even pulled my car into the shop. I came here against my better judgement due to a previous bad experience here with getting my tires on- where I had to load my tires up and go across the street for good service. Hunter at the desk is rude, inconsiderate, and lacks competency. I will be calling back tomorrow to speak with the store manager.

I had been informed by a very nice Sherrifs Deputy that my inspection had expired that day. I walked in without an appointment knowing it was a long shot and I would most likely have to travel far and wide to find help. We'll I was wrong. After briefly explaining my situation and assuring that my new vehicle had no known issues they squeezed Me in. I was also very impressed with the Staffs conversations with other customers. Very polite, factual, and seemed genuinely honest(which in today's world is rare). The gentleman was not only fast but also personable and had great conversation skills with both myself(40 male) but also an older woman and a young lady. Both of whom appeared to be repeat customers and that is not surprising at all given how this location treated customers.

I don’t usually leave reviews but received a message asking for a review so here we go. My experience was not great at Monro. I called and made an appointment for 10:30am to have my two rear tires replaced. They confirmed they had the tires I needed and set the time for me to come in. I spent over 3 HOURS sitting around waiting for my vehicle to be completed. The receptionist let me know that they were backed up, which I totally understand, but then why schedule me for that day?? Not to mention the bathroom was absolutely filthy, and the floors had maybe never been cleaned. All in all, if you want to save time and avoid getting some sort of disease while you pee, go anywhere else.

Love these guys! They do amazing work to make sure your services are met. They explain everything to me for me to fully understand what is needing to be done and the reason why. I never feel like they are trying to bill me more than what's needed, especially being a female. They wven have a payment plan if repairs and services get pricey. Caden and his crew rock!

I went in for an oil change on Sunday...2 days later, my vehicle goes into limp mode and the oil light and check engine light turn on. I had it towed to another place and it turns out that my o ring was never placed right which cause all my oil to leak and my new car to thankfully go into limp mode so my engine didnt blow! After many hours of trying to contact the corporate office with NO SUCCESS to getting through to anyone, I called the store, where I got the response of, "well if you would of had it towed here, we would of fixed it." Hmmm....should of never been an issue like this to begin with! I was then told that they will look to see who the tech was that did it and talk to them and then my next oil change is free....there will NOT be a next oil change!
