Needed a shop to handle a 12 speed unaligned/mis-shifting rear derailleur. Dropped off on a Sunday at 1pm (they closed at 3), got a call at 11am next day bike was done. Great service, great cost and back on the trail. Thanks Andrew and Rich. I appreciate the quick turnaround. I’ll be back for future needs.

Wonderful Shop, expert workmanship, well priced and they do not try to sell you up. I have been using this shop exclusively for my cycling needs for well over a decade, and admire the way all customers are treated with patience and respect. As an avid cyclist I put quite a few miles on my bike every year (close to 30.000 miles with Valley Cycle over the last 13 yrs), and the expert service I get from Rich, Karl, and the rest of the crew has kept my rides safe and trouble free. I recently decided to get back into mountain biking and had thoughts about buying an ebike. Karl set me up with a demo and it totally blew my mind. I sold my Intense Spider and picked up a Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay a week later. I could not be happier with the bike. If you are in the market for a Trek or a Rocky Mountain bike, come by and ask for Karl. He knows what he’s talking about when it comes to bikes and parts and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave more informed than when you came in.

Karl he put my brakes on and installed a guild rail and a battery holder for my bike Karl is the man with e-bikes he the main guy who deals with e-bikes and the best technician on e-bike Rich and Andrew are amazing too the whole shop knows what they are doing don’t expect repairing anything on a e-bike will be cheap it might be a little pricy but but Karl knows his stuff

I love this shop. The customer service is amazing and they always give accurate prices. When u buy a bike from them new, you will get 2 years of tune ups and more all for free. The people working there look like they are having a great time and are always in a good mood. The bike service is great. They all know what they are doing and I got my bike back perfect with no problems. This is a great shop for bikes.
