Next Auto Center was a very frustrating experience. They misdiagnosed my car and told me everything was fine when the vehicle actually wasn’t safe to drive. That’s not a small mistake when it comes to people’s safety. I expected more professionalism and attention to detail, especially with something this serious. Definitely worth getting a second opinion if you go there.

I don’t recommend this place, except maybe when the lady receptionist is in the front. When she is there, she treats people good and with respect. But when the guy is at the front desk, you really should not go in. I am a Latino guy and I was waiting there for more than one hour. During that time, I asked him a few times while I was in line if he could help me or at least tell me how long it will take. He literally ignored me and gave me a bad feeling, like I was bothering him just for asking. In that same time, many other people came in, and he was only helping the ladies fast and “nice.” For the women, he is all friendly, hugging, kissing them on the cheek, joking with them, making them feel special. For the men, he acts like we are invisible. I was sitting there watching how every lady gets service right away while I am just waiting and waiting. While I was waiting, I even spoke with another man who was also sitting there, a Jewish guy, and he told me he was feeling the exact same way — that the guy in the front only takes care of the women and leaves the men waiting. For me, that is not professional and not respectful. It feels like he is trying to take advantage and choose who he wants to treat good, and the rest, he doesn’t care. My advice: if you see the guy at the front desk, turn around and leave. Do not stay. Do not wait. Come back only when the lady is working. Don’t waste your time and don’t risk getting treated bad or ignored like I was.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, love their late hours, 4% credit card fee is stingy though.
