The air suspension on my truck was failing and I decided for multiple reasons to replace it with a regular coil suspension. Scruggs has a great reputation that I learned through local Jeep clubs and coworkers. Customer service is always available and at the desk, the waiting room is 5/5, definitely not a hole in the wall mechanics shop. Scruggs did the swap and alignment within a day and under the estimate. I couldn't ask for more and will be my new go to for repairs.

They were great! From the minute I called, they were super accommodating and wonderful. I was hesistent bringing in my vehicle during available hours due to work. Informed me from the beginning that I can work remotely there while they performed the diagnostic testing needed to figure out what was wrong with my car. Very seamless waiting experience, and the advisor came out and talked me through everything and was great with allowing me to make phone calls prior to a decision. The cost was what it costs. Parts and service are expensive no matter how you look at it, and I sincerely feel they did the best they could to work with me. They also took off the extra charge , because even though it was a courtesy diagnostic test to come in for, they ended up having to take the door off to get into the wiring and what not which costed $174. I would 10/10 come back for auto repairs here. Great place and great service !

Everyone here is fantastic. I brought my 2009 Jeep in to make sure it was still worth fixing because it only has not even 90,000 miles on it and they did a thorough inspection of everything and realistically told me it’s good to go, I just need wear and tear maintenance. In one day, they had the parts, I was notified via text the next morning with detailed issues with videos where I can approve or deny services. The work was complete in less than 3 days. They helped me save my Jeep instead of having a high new car payment or loan. It runs beautifully. I cannot thank everyone here enough.
