Wilbert's U-Pull It of Buffalo

It was a decently set up yard but no one told me there was a sticker on the cars with the car info on it. I ended up taking the part I needed off the wrong car because of this. It was very hard to identify the car I needed. When I found the right one it was completely stripped. It didn't match the online picture. I had called ahead since I was driving 2 hours to get the part but they wouldn't check on the car I was interested in. Their customer service needs some work. People were nice at the yard but some basic info would have helped out a lot. Over all I wasted an entire day and got the part and I can't even return it to a closer Wilberts. They don't allow that. It was not a good experience. UPDATE: Putting the blame on the customer because it's near impossible to recognize the car when there's nothing left to it. This car shouldn't have been advertised as having viable parts.

I had a great experience with Wilbert’s today. I went online and checked to see if they had what I was looking for they did, called to verify and they confirmed. Packed up and headed to the Buffalo one and the staff was very helpful and friendly even after when I ran into an issue. They confirmed that the one in Rochester had what I was looking for as well. So I headed there and completed what I needed for my vehicle. Both locations are very nice and well organized. They have a huge huge selection of vehicles. They have an awesome little wagon to help haul your tools and parts in and out. All in all it was a great experience today I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

Well organized place. Little disappointed they wanted to charge me to turn in steel rims with tires when I picked up alloys with tires. They talk about wanting to have the most to recycle, and I know there is a fee for tires, but couldn't that be balanced out with the rim? I would have been charged $72 less if I brought in any alloys to exchange, but couldn't even accept the steel wheels with tires without charging me.... And I originally bought the steel rims from them. Who knows. They have to make money either way. Just venting... I don't like it when the website says they want your old stuff for recycling/reusing but the reality is quite different.

the manager steve at the buffalo location is super friendly and welcoming. helped me and my wife find exactly what we needed. staff i think her name was noel was super nice and helpful during checkout. 5 star business and location.

They paid a very fair price. From start to finish they couldn't have been any more professional. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.
