Recently have had an inspection, oil change and today brought my car in to determine what was going on with a loud exhaust. For someone who is not super adept with cars, the team clearly explained what went wrong, what was needed to fix it and why - fair prices, friendly, flexible and communicative. We’re lucky to have a great local shop.
View on GoogleI've been a resident of Spencerport for over 30 years, and have been driving for 40+ years. While I do most of my own automotive work, Hartfiel's has been my go to shop when I have a repair that is beyond my troubleshooting/skill/tool capabilities. Ron Sr & Ron Jr have been great mechanics for me, and my extended family. From tire repairs to front end work, engine repairs to axle replacements, they have always been friendly, trustworthy & honest. I got scammed by a few shops in my youth, and that is never an issue at Hartfiel's. I highly recommend them to do a thorough and top notch repair on automotive repairs. Great people and great work ethic!
View on GoogleThere aren't enough good things I can say about this place. My family and I have been taking our cars here for as long as I can remember, it has to be at least a decade if not more. I've also gotten friends to come and they've loved the experience. Every price quote I've ever gotten has been incredibly fair and well below anywhere else I know of. They are also incredibly honest, both in their assessments of work that vehicles need and how they treat customers. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer or harder working pair of guys!
View on GoogleMy family has been using this shop for all our cars for over 10 years now. Ron Sr and Ron Jr are the most honest & skilled mechanics around, we have never had any issues. They've gotten me out of a jam on many occasions, will recommend to anyone.
