I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my vehicle received at your garage. I originally dropped my car off for a standard inspection and overview, yet after paying over $7,000, the vehicle is in worse condition than when it arrived. Despite the significant amount spent, I am now facing the following issues: - The blower motor and cruise control are no longer functional. - Numerous warning lights are now illuminated on the dashboard. - There are two large gouges/scratches on the passenger-side doors. - The front struts are now blowing out, despite the extensive suspension work that was supposedly completed. - The windows do not go down, even though I paid over $400 based on your estimate to have them fixed. - The vehicle was cleared for inspection despite these mechanical failures. After seeking second opinions from two other qualified garages in the area, it has become clear that I was taken advantage of through fraudulent claims and unnecessary "double-dipping" on repairs. Furthermore, it appears that my report to the Better Business Bureau is being ignored. I am requesting a formal response regarding these matters and a plan for accountability concerning the damage to my vehicle and the charges for incomplete or unnecessary repairs. Many more negatives to list. 👎🏻

This past Halloween weekend I met Dave at the spider rally in Deland, Florida. I had him put the arachnid suspension on my 2018 spider RT. The second I drove off wow what a difference the way it handles no drifting. I don’t feel the fall over feeling on hard corners. This suspension is just amazing.! It literally made the bike a totally different riding machine. If you want your spider to handle amazing, And want to get rid of that swaying feeling on a lot of roads go for the arachnid suspension. Dave, VJ and the whole crew at the rally are professional polite and just all around great people.

Arachnid Spring Kit for the Cam-Am Spyder RT. If you're riding a Can-Am Spyder RT and still using the stock suspension, you're seriously missing out. I recently installed the Arachnid Spring Kit, and the difference is absolutely night and day. Before the upgrade, the Spyder handled decently, but it always felt a little soft and disconnected, especially when riding two-up with a full load of gear. We would bottom out on bumps and scrape the front-end on driveways and intersections. After installing the Arachnid springs, the entire bike feels dramatically more planted and composed, no matter the road condition. Whether it’s bumps, dips, or tight sweepers, this spring kit soaks it all up and keeps the Spyder tracking like it's on rails. And let me just say this: the Harley guys I ride with can’t keep up with me in the twisties anymore. They’re scraping parts while I’m carving corners like I’m on a sport tourer. The confidence this upgrade gives in spirited riding is just unreal. I can’t recommend this product enough. Dave Kerr knocked it out of the park with this spring kit. His customer service is top-notch—from answering my questions before purchase to following up after the install, his communication was absolutely amazing. You can tell he really stands behind his product and takes pride in what he offers to the Spyder community. If you're on the fence, don’t be. Just get the Arachnid Spring Kit. Your Spyder—and your passenger—will thank you.

On a trip out to spider quest me and the wife got to meet Dave and got the privilege of having a new spring kit put into our Can-Am spider. We also had led lights put in our front tires for additional visibility. Needless to say, the service was excellent. The professionalism was above average. The spring kit was phenomenal in reference to making the bike feel as if we were riding on metal prior to getting the spring kit installed. What a difference. Would recommend him to anyone. And planning on getting some more work done by him in the near future thank you Dave for all you did.
