BJ's Tire Center

Terrible customer service. Also, they are understaffed. They do not give off the vibe that a real mechanic is present. They do offer great discounts for Bj’s customers, but that is the only good thing. If you want reliable service with knowledgeable staff and great customer service, look elsewhere!

I am currently sitting in the waiting area of the BJ’s Tire Center and it is absolutely freezing. It is 17° outside today and there is zero heat inside the facility. It is unprofessional and frankly unsafe to expect customers to sit for an hour or more in these conditions while their vehicles are serviced. Management needs to address the HVAC issues or provide space heaters immediately.

Customer service is terrible. I have called in total over 10 times and never spoke to anyone. Service is very slow came for my appointment at 1:30 and my car was not touched until 2:40 all for them to tell me that they cannot fulfill their warranty promise of free tire rotations bc they can’t get the car on the lift… I bought and installed the tires there.

Customer service is dismal, and perpetually understaffed. I knew 1 person that was good. I have called in 3 different occasions and left voicemail with no return calls. The atmosphere in there is bleek. This last time I went with a flat and got attitude when I finally got some attention. His answer was ok, we can schedule you a week out...

Warranty is great, the mechanic was very polite & service was good. GOOD & SLOW!!! I had an appointment & I waited 1 hr & 40 mins for them to service my car. There’s a disposal charge for each tire they remove, even though I asked to keep one of the four tires that were removed. I was still charged for the disposal of four tires. I got a flat on a Fri & called for a tire repair as required by warranty & was told no appointments to the following Tues. adheres the kicker, I asked if I had the flat tire removed at a flat fix & swap it with the tire I asked to keep. Would it void the warranty. After being told it wouldn’t void the warranty, I went to put on the tire that the BJs mechanic saved for me. And the flat fix guy told me the tires didn’t match. The polite dummy gave me back the wrong tire.
