Great experience getting my car serviced here. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating when there was an unexpected change in my schedule—they even helped arrange a ride home. I also appreciate how upfront they are about pricing. A really nice feature is the video from the mechanic explaining the condition of your car, which adds transparency and peace of mind. Overall, the price is fair for a dealership and the service is excellent. I recommend them.

Once again I had a great experience at West Herr Nissan. Patricia greeted me with a smile and big wave as she opened the garage door so I could pull my truck in. I had an oil change, tire rotation and NY state inspection done in under an hour. I waited for my vehicle in their very nice waiting room. I treated myself to a complementary hot chocolate and sat in a comfortable chair. When my truck was ready, Pat found me wandering in the showroom to let me know I was ready to go. I highly recommend having service done at West Herr Nissan.

2023 Leased Nissan Rogue. It has been to their service department 3 times for the same issue - excessive exhaust smoke, and low oil. Coincidentally there’s a known engine recall for my vehicle but mine doesn’t quite fit the parameters for that recall. 1st time in they couldn’t find the issue, 2nd time in they know there’s an issue but not what’s causing it and changed the oil and flushed some things and told me to drive it another thousand miles and see if it’s resolved. 2 days later I called, sent video that it’s doing the exact same thing. Said your vehicle doesn’t seem safe to drive bring it back in. It has been with them since Dec 23rd. Very little follow up, just give run around answers. Keep extending the time frame to fix it with no updates. Up until this point I have used their service for oil changes and always had great service. I will never use them again and I don’t plan to ever lease another Nissan again; which is really sad because I’ve been a loyal Nissan customer for 12+ years.

Scheduling was easy, however there couldn’t get me in for almost two weeks from the time I called. It’s not their fault that they are busy. Once I got in the experience was top notch. The people with whom communicated were friendly and courteous, the waiting room was very nice, and the work was done while I waited for my car. A good experience!

The warranty repair went very smooth. We got our vehicle back when they told us the first time. Asia is a great person to work with, she knows so much about your vehicle.
