Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They do the oil change fast and I always seem to have a coupon which teeters me over to them every time. The team is really knowledgeable and they are friendly. I always go to the same one and most of them remember me when I go in. I treat them with respect also, which is important. Some customers don't always do that and they expect a lot of people. Kudos to the team in Lockport!

I usually have a pretty good experience with Valvoline Instant Oil Change, but this time was completely unacceptable. I went in for an oil change and needed one high beam bulb, and I also purchased an air filter. During the service, the tech told me he could give me two bulbs at a discounted rate, which I agreed to. Both of my low beams were working perfectly when I arrived. They replaced only one high beam bulb and never installed the second one, even though I was charged for two, which is clearly shown on my receipt. On top of that, my driver’s side low beam suddenly stopped working after they touched the headlight. I sat there for 30 to 40 minutes while they tried to figure it out. The manager and the employee then told me the light was working, which was not true. I pulled out, checked immediately, and the low beam was still out. Before I came in, everything worked fine, and after they worked on it, it didn’t. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to deny that they caused the issue. While I was in the parking lot dealing with this, two employees came up to me, laughed in my face because I was frustrated, then walked back into the bay and started vaping. Completely unprofessional. I asked the manager for a refund on the bulbs I paid for and never received, and she refused. Stay clear of this location. You’ve been warned.

The oil change and crew were very nice and friendly. When they changed my headlight they caused a short in my headlight and now my highbeam on the passenger side will not turn off. Good for oil change but don't let them touch anything else.

Came in for a transmission exchange service. Went right in, explained to Jordan what I needed. Told him I had a coupon and he started the whole process and completed it in an efficient and friendly manner. Was in and out in less than a half hour. My compliments to Jordan. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the service I needed.

Assistant Manger Nappi took excellent care of me and my Bronco! Even checked my cabin air filter and replaced it! These guys really care about this shop and doing a good job in a polite, professional and concise way! Thank you and I will be back!
