I wish this offered a 3.5 star but they don't. Over all purchase was quick and easy. The wife and I bought a corvette. The car is in ok condition. As I have owned and did some upgrades their shop they use brought their star rating down immensely. I wanted to 5 star it but the shop wouldn't allow it. Their shop let not one but 2 outter tie rods ends be beyond dry rot and should have never passed a inspection. Rear brakes were around 25% pad life and rotors 50%. Front pads less than 50% and rotors the same. Passenger front steering tire was dry rot. I didn't catch it do to the rain that day and immediately parking it. Spark Plug one was almost fouled out after seeing and diving into why it was running rough. All the gaskets for the top leaked in the rain and rear window gasket had some goop that made a mess. Horn doesn't work either. Something I didn't check that day but is also a inspection issue that should have been caught. Overall my wife and I are pleased with the car since I have been fixing all the issues and doing upgrades. Would I recommend this dealer, yes. Would I recommend thoroughly checking the whole thing over on a not rainy day? Yes.

We purchased my daughter’s car from these guys. A couple months have passed and it needs new Tie Rods and Front Drive Shaft and U-Joint replaced. Do not buy from these guys unless you get a professional to look over your car. They will sell you anything. Not to mention the month we waited for my daughter’s registration and we had to remind them to take care of it. Her temp registration expired before we received the actual one. These guys are amateurs. Don’t do it.

If you’re in the market for a used vehicle, stop at the Auto Store. They have a great selection of nice clean trucks. Tommy’s really great to work with. He wants you to be satisfied.

After renting a Jeep last year while having my car repaired I knew that would be my next vehicle. I took a few days off of work to find one and within a few hours I saw this online at The Auto Store. They were the best! They handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. I declined the test drive because I had been up for about 18 hours having just got out of work that morning and he didn't push the issue. I looked it over and put some money down to hold it until the next day. I went back the following day and test drove it. I was extremely happy with the Jeep so Tom came out and looked at my trade and agreed to give me what I asked. I had financing in place but waited one more day to see if I would have second thoughts before I bought it. I was never pressured into doing anything faster than I wanted to. I called back on day 3 and set up a time to come in and swap vehicles. Everything was ready when I got there and while I signed the well explained paperwork, someone else was swapping the tags from my trade in to the Jeep. 3 months later I can say it is without a doubt it's the best used vehicle and the best purchase experience I have ever had, and I am almost 60. I did upgrade the headlights, install a backup camera, and replace the door hinges with stainless steel as stock Jeep hinges tend to rust. This was because I wanted to, not because I needed to. I hope to have this Jeep for many years to come but if I do upgrade down the road I will go back. Thank you Tom and Jake for one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. Give these guys a chance, it's worth it!
