I have been to different car repair shops but none of them were like this one. Excellent customer service especially by Jesse. He explains everything with detail and they don’t work on it until I give my approval. The pricing is excellent and they don’t scam unlike other mechanics. I have found my new repair shop in pepboys. They get your car in and out the proper way no bullshiting no half ass. Jesse is always so nice when he cashes me out, he is a good decent human being and you can’t find that anymore in customer service.

I booked an appointment online for a dame day appointment with several time slots available. I was called Buy the manager only half an hour later, 20 minutes before my appointment, with excuse that the system in place by corporate will book 8 appointments regardless of the store's staffing and capacity! In fact, they were continuing to book appointments when work from two days ago was still not complete. Whoever called me informed me he still had three other people to call and cancel their 10 AM appointments as well! I made it very clear to him that he had wasted my time in rearranging my day, and that I don't give a damn about the corporate restrictions of a system that will book appointments without actual availability. Stay away!

These guys are the absolute best. Quick services with affordable prices and the friendliest staff. Mike and Jesse are so helpful and eager to share their expertise. Our family will always be a loyal customers!

The young man who waited on me was very polite and professional in servicing my car. He knew what he was talking about and gave information on the car maintenance and what we can do to keep it in good shape so it will last me longer in the long run
