Ladies find a better place. The men are rude and condescending and the next time a woman brings her car in don’t give the diagnosis to her male friend and ignore her especially when she paid cash for her car and is paying you! Our money spends everywhere!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Brought my trans am in for an express oil change and inspection and they didn't tighten the oil filter! All of the oil leaked out and I was driving bone dry! On top of that my low oil indicator mysteriously stopped working! They could have cost me an ENGINE!!! And all they could say when I brought it back was ... "We're sorry." SERIOUSLY? They have young kids working here, obviously not real mechanics! In 50 years I've never had a situation like this!

Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and they've treated me with decency and respect. I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure you'll get far in life (not really). **Update #1 One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it. **Update #2 The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.

Nothing but rude… First of all went here last year…. Bought a Brand New 24 Chevy from Texas. Had to have it inspected after the registration for NY. The man was rude and condescending. Fast forward time for new inspection, stopped here today with the same exact car 1 year old now and when I pull in everyone is standing around chatting. Two come over instantly telling me my car won’t pass due to tinted windows… Ummm I bought it that way literally brand new from the dealership and this is the way it came. You inspected it last year with zero complaints or comments. Kid says “Where here?” Yep! No, can’t be… These are after market tints. Nope, absolutely not. Bought it straight from the dealership that way. Had to wait for it to come in and you passed it last year. Nope, they won’t pass. Wouldn’t look up my record or anything just assumed I was lying, and they walked away. Ok no problem. Will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone I talk to knows to go elsewhere as well.

Always fast and friendly service. I went for just an oil change today, and the guys went above and beyond for me. They also discover a leak in my windshield washer fluid tank (thanks to a deer 🤦🏻‍♀️) and told me how to easily repair it. Highly recommend going there for your oil change, inspection, and other needs!
