I had a great experience at Dunn. My first time there. Julie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was quick and easy and I paid what I expected to pay. Done in less than 24 hours and they had to order my tires! So overall a wonderful experience and I will do business again !! Zoom Zoom

They will add on extra cost items without asking anything. New valve stems without asking. Additional warranty on tires without asking. Then try to up sell wipers or alignment. I remember when Dunn would give the best warranty with tires. How far they have fallen.

Our experience was great. Elvis took his time and explained everything to us. We are very happy with experience at Dunn tire in Lockport even picking up our vehicle Dennis and Julie were great to explain everything to us.. we would most definitely be back.

Super easy and quick! Great customer service (Elvis was a rock star). Waiting area was very clean and nice. Would recommend them for not only tires, but inspection...that's what I was there for today and will be scheduling my oil changes with them from now on!
