A short time ago I was involved in an auto accident with my car. Another vehicle hit me and I needed body work done. I chose Canetta's because I had minor work done by them on another car a couple of years ago. The whole process with insurance was very confusing to me seeing this was the first accident I was involved in. Rob walked me through the ropes as far as insurance and he explained to me what needed to be fixed on my car. His son Justin is also very good at showing you exactly what needs to be repaired. We were constantly communicating about the progress of repairs and they were very tolerant of me being anxious about the whole process. When I picked up my car, it looked just like it did they day I got it. I was also very impressed when they detailed it again a month or so after I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Canetta's for any body work or maintenance work on your car.

I would say, don’t look any further! This is your go to place. Not only are their customer service top notch, this place knows exactly what they’re doing. Rob was really nice, respectful and super professional. Barely recognized my 2018 Honda accord when I got it back that’s how good of a job they did. I recently had an accident resulting in damage to the car's body only, I assumed. I proceeded to get three estimates from body shops close to my house as one part (front grill) dragged on the floor and I was concerned about drivability. The estimates ranged from $2,500 - $3,850. On the recommendation of a friend I went to Canetta's Collision in Solvay, NY. I left the car overnight, based on the owner's recommendation for a thorough inspection for safety, mechanical, and body damage and issues. He asked many questions and provided answers about my priorities in fixing the car, e.g. parts needed, repairs of old minor damage, painting of scratches etc. The next morning I got an estimate for $600.00 based on my priorities, inspection needs, and shop expertise. The car was fixed that day and I was most satisfied with the services and cost. I HIGHLY recommend Canetta's Collision because they ask questions, listen to your priorities, repair your vehicle expertly and with safety in mind. Gisela

Had a great experience at Canetta’s. They fixed my front bumper and it looks brand new. Justin worked on my car and did an Incredible job-super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was easy, quick, and stress-free. Definitely recommend Canetta’s!

I never really leave reviews but this one deserves it. I hit a deer and caused a tremendous amount of damage to my car. Insurance was being a pain and didn't want to cover OEM parts but canettas argued my case and got me the parts I needed. Their repair work was top notch and my car was basically brand new when I got it back! Love these people!!!!
