I recently had my Honda inspected at Lia Honda and I needed some services done. My Service Advisor, Debra Vasconcellos was professional, courteous, transparent and kind. She went above and beyond--even to make sure I had a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle, at no charge to me. Thank you!

Daniel Henriques was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately put me at ease. When the video came in as to what work the car needed, he went through it with me and patiently answered all my questions. I thereby clearly understood what was needed: that a patch was being applied to the puncture in the left front tire and that the 4 wheels would be aligned. We talked of addressing the brakes shortly in the future. I would definitely recommend Dan unreservedly to the Honda Team. Paula

I want to commend Shaun Edo for his professional and courteous manner when I brought our Honda CR-V in for the recalibration to the windshield camera. His clear explanation of the problem, time it will take to fix, and care for me while waiting was appreciated. we commend Lia Honda of Brewster for having such an exceptional Service Advisor.

I drove in last week without an appointment because I needed an oil change. The Lia Honda staff were very accomodating. I had Debra V. as my advisor. She made sure I had an oil change as requested, as well as a complimentary multipoint inspection and a carwash. I was advised of inspection results which will need immediate as well as future attention. Debra was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Next time I come in, I plan to ask specifically for her.

My car was purchased 10 yrs ago, shortly after, started working at another Honda Dealer. Now no longer there, I went back to my original (where I purchased 3 Hondas), and couldn’t be happier. Daniel Henriques, was welcoming, polite, and professional. I was just there for a quick service, but he went or a list of things that I have to look out for, and need attention.
