I’ve been here multiple times. We first took our lawn mower there. Then learned they worked on cars. The prices are so reasonable that I kept going! Last week my muffler started dragging and I couldn’t really go anywhere. I called them and they came and got me and towed the car. Within a day fixed the muffler and at a really reasonable price again. I would give them ten stars if I could! Shout out to Andrew for going above and beyond! You took what felt like a nightmare and made it an inconvenience.

took two STIHL saws in for tuneup.. they call tell me they are done, i PAY UP, pick both up,TAKE HOME, both run like SHIT, take them back, one is fixed, the other still runs like shit, drop it off AGAIN. leave overnite and go to pick up tell me they cant get to it until the END OF THE WEEK.. THIS AFTER PAYING OVER $200 TO FIX!!!! HOW ABOUT MY MONEY BACK.. MINUS THE PRICE OF SPARK PLUGS/FILTERS.. AS OBVIOUSLY YOU DIDNT DO SHIT. Update ... took to another local shop . THEY CHANGED THE FUEL FILTER . STARTED RIGHT UP RUNS GOOD NOW . FL chrged me for full service and obviously didnt do it .. check out my attached photo.

Very friendly and efficient service. Little known fact: They work on cars! They installed a new, passenger side mirror on my Honda CRV in less than an hour and a few months ago fitted it out with 4 new tires. They also do NY State Auto Inspections. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had brought our power push mower in for a carb cleaning and some other minor work in March 2023. The work was done although we did not use the mower much. I recently brought it to a different shop for a tune up and when their work was completed they asked if we had brought it anywhere else in the past for engine work. He said it was obvious to him that the hose was not connected to the carburetor and it was his opinion that this miss would have occurred when I had the work done prior. I asked if it could have disconnected it’s own during use and he said no. I went to Finger Lakes to discuss this. I waited for a phone call back and didn’t receive one so I called myself and informed of the problem.I was dismissively told that the work was done two years ago and in any event their warrantee lasts for 30 days. I was told it might have just fallen off and I responded that the man who did the tune up had already said that was not possible. I was asked what it was I wanted from them and I said nothing financial or anything like that, I wanted to inform you of it and perhaps get an apology of some sort. I was told that they didn’t want to argue about it and I noted that there was no argument. I was merely informing them if this situation because I felt it was important for the, to know. I was rudely dismissed. I understand that people can make mistakes and I understand that sometimes many explanations exist for a job with bad results. However I do not feel that I was treated at all courteously which is unfortunate; at all times I was polite during our conversation. My reason for writing this review is that I would not expect courtesy from these people, and noting the 30 day warranty limit I would make sure to check all work that was done. This problem with the carb hose could have resulted in a dangerous situation and potential injury. I am sorry that this encounter had to lead to this review. But I felt something needed to be said.

We purchased a mower from these guys a few years ago, wanting to support our local businesses and had an issue with the mower after using it a few times this season. Asked them to come pick it up and fix it. My husband is pretty handy, so he tried some things prior to contacting them. They came right away, said they wouldn't be able to look at it for a week; two weeks went by, we called, and they said oh, our guy is out sick. Week 3 comes and goes, my husband calls and says he is coming to pick it up, please have it out so he can trailer it. He gets there, and they say its going to be a few minutes, he says, look I called and asked you to have it where I can get it, they again say okay, it will be a couple minutes. Fifteen minutes go by and so my husband goes back to see what is going on and they are all trying to get it started and try to make it look like they "worked" on it. My husband says, no, let me take it, you had your chance. Of course, we heard stories from 3 other families about how they did some pretty sketchy things, AFTER we had already had them pick up the mower. So sad, trying to do the right thing and stay local and treated so poorly. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
