Would NOT recommend taking any vehicle here. After working with Migual at the Ford dealership for several years and owning a fleet of vehicles I wanted to give him the opportunity in his new Service Manager position to service our vehicles. After having an oil pan installed, which was scheduled for Friday November 17th I picked the truck up on Friday Dec 1st. They called stating it was completed on November 24th. Being scheduled for Friday and not being completed until a week later is unacceptable first. They had the parts and its a 4.5 hour job. Why did it take a week? Communication. They do not know who is doing what when or why. After several calls, one being that I needed it back no later than Wednesday Nov 22nd and I was told "we will make it happen. It did not. They over charged for the parts and after bringing this to their attention admitted it was over charged. After calling and getting my cost at another dealer, it was half of what Geneva charged. They aren't willing to give it to me for that rate. If Ram has a price, all dealers should be selling for that same price (or can). Now again I mention that Migual says "this is how you want to be, I'm taking care of you". If over charging a customer is "taking care of you" how many other customers are they over charging? This was one of several occasion over the past several months that we have an issue with. Their techs are inexperienced and unable to properly diagnose issues correctly. We took one of our other trucks in for an issue with the heat. They disgnosed it as a plugged heater core and wanted one $1500.00 to replace. The heater core costs about $150.00, howver their is over eight hours of labor involved. I wanted to review and had our in house tech review their dignoses only to find it is malfunctioning actuator under the dash. Less than $100.00 to replace. We now have heat. Do you think they would have told me after that job had I had them do it that they where wrong? Employees bother you when you're trying to sell your car locally. Specifically had it in the description salesman, dealers and dealerships to not message me and had an employee by the name of Peyton do it anyways. If the employees can't even comprehend simple text then they probably don't pay attention to their customers when their customers are talking to them about concerns.
