These are some of the most helpful and genuine people I’ve ever met! We were going a trip to Niagara falls on the I-90 West and experienced a parking brake issue. We stopped by Lou’s Car Care Center just before they closed. Frank George was very kind enough to immediately check the car without any prior appointment. They disassembled the parking brake system, diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue instantly. They also provided the service as a courtesy. Their kindness and expertise are beyond a 5-star rating!

Car was running rough, didn't like the way the car was working. It lacked power and I was not comfortable driving it. After Lou's worked on it, it's running like a top! Definitely the place to have your car serviced! Great staff to work with!

I started using Lou's when we moved to Bville a few years ago. They have exceptional customer service, Gene is always polite and personable, and their prices are fair. I appreciate a business that knows that working to create a long-term trusting relationship with customers is better for their bottom line- and they put in the effort to do just that.

Lou’s car care is the best place ever to take your vehicle. I had issues with my X5 and thought I needed a tune it because the way it was driving and my check engine light came on. I called and dealt with Gene. Not only did they diagnose right away they also fixed it and my check engine light went off. My vehicle is driving great (back to normal). As usual, Lou's notified me promptly when my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek needed an oil change so I made an appointment that easily accommodated my schedule. The guys are prompt and courteous, plus they check in with you before any additional work is done to your vehicle. And best of all - they offer a loaner car if needed! I have unfortunately had some bad experiences with another local car care center here in B'ville, which prompted me to find Lou's; it was the best decision I've made regarding my car! I cannot recommend these guys enough! So long as I'm in this area, there is NO ONE ELSE I will trust with my car. FACT!
