Never never again will I waste my time. The attitude is unacceptable, I went there for an alignment after just having the ENTIRE undercarriage done. Was charged $110 for that, then told me I needed $1600 worth of parts including the labor done that I didn't come to need. But don't worry, their ignorance got me paying for their " professional knowledge" The bolts were never tightened after alignment, causing my front two tires to rub, only to find this out after I took my car elsewhere due to heavy vibration in the front. And to get a 2nd opinion. The tires were so bald after I just had it looked at not even a week prior, that they think the alignment wasn't even done and if it was, then the ignorance of not tightening my bolts did more damage. So need less to say my tires are shot and another alignment will. Need to be done.

Friend went to them to fix their battery sensor then magically the next day the heater/air conditioner didn't work so brought it back in and it just took less than hour to fix the problem?? Little strange they knew exactly what was wrong.. but to top things off when my friend got their car back all their change freedent and the post office key had been cleared out the front dash... thats scummy.

I went in today to have my brake pads and rotors checked. They were super fast and efficient! Josh even helped me get a couple quotes for some new tires, as well. Fantastic! Thank you all so much for your time and wonderful customer service!!!

We unfortunately had a flat tire during our travels (from Canada). We were able to put a 100 mile tire on our car and made it over to Steve Shannon Tire. The staff there was very polite and professional. They looked at the tire and in an attempt to save us money, offered to put a plug in the tire, instead of us purchasing a new tire. We thanked them and were on our way. One hour later the tire was flat again. We ended up purchasing a new tire elsewhere and came back the next day to let them know. They apologized and gave us a full refund. Excellent service. So nice to see old school values. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Chris
